Return and Refund Policies

Safe Drugs Health Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 ("Arogyamithra, we, us"), owns and operates www.arogyamithra.com and a mobile application under the brand name Arogyamithra (collectively referred to as the "Platform") where users can place orders to purchase the Products and/or Services offered by us listed/available on the Platform ("User" or "Users" or "you").

This Return and refund policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms and Conditions [accessible at Terms of Use | Arogyamithra] sets out Arogyamithra's procedures and policies in accepting: (a) Return and (b) Refund thereof. Any cancellation of Products or Services by you is subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

1. Refund Policy for Paid Consults

  • Where the User has booked a paid appointment and is unable to visit the Practitioner, due to such genuine reasons of sickness etc. at the sole discretion of Arogyamithra, pursuant to conducting of investigation, the User shall be provided with a refund of such payment made by User, at the time of booking.
  • In case a Healthcare Practitioner or Doctor is not available to respond to a paid consult, you can report the issue to Arogyamithra and request for cancellation, post which Arogyamithra will process the refund amount equalling to the total actual amount paid by You, excluding any internet handling fees & any traction fees. However, the refund will not include the discount value provided by Arogyamithra.
  • In the event it is proved that You have demonstrated abusive nature during the consult, you shall not be eligible for any refund and Arogyamithra/ Healthcare Practitioner or Doctor shall be entitled to take any legal action as applicable.
  • You are allowed a period of seven (7) days to report any consult as incomplete or unsatisfactory, and request for a refund. No refund requests shall be entertained thereafter.

  • In the event Arogyamithra establishes that Your refund claim meets the above conditions, Arogyamithra shall process the refund accordingly and the money will be refunded to You in seven (7) business working days from the day refund has been approved from Arogyamithra

2. Refund Policy for Lab Tests

  • A Lab/Diagnostics Test can be cancelled until the status of the Lab/Diagnostic Test turns to "sample collected" on the Platform. Once the sample is collected, the Test cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided to the User.
  • Refund due to any issues with processing of sample will be provided as per Lab's policy. Arogyamithra is not liable for any refund.
  • Refund due to any issues with reporting will be provided as per Lab's policy. Arogyamithra is not liable.
  • You are allowed a period of seven (7) days to report any Lab Test as incomplete and request for a refund. No refund requests shall be entertained thereafter.

  • In the event Arogyamithra establishes that Your refund claim meets the above conditions, Arogyamithra shall process the refund accordingly and the money will be refunded to You in seven (7) business working days from the day refund has been approved from Arogyamithra

3. Refund Policy for Health Care Plan Service

You may have an option to cancel Your subscription to the Health Care Plan Services. You will contact Arogyamithra on the customer support chat channel regarding cancelling Your subscription to the Health Care Plan Service. Further, Arogyamithra may refund the amount paid by You towards your subscription of the Health Care Plan Services ("Health Care Plan Subscription amount"), subject to the following conditions:

  • If the user has not availed any of the Health Care Plan Services which are mentioned in the User's Plan Details within a period of 7 (Seven) days from the date of subscribing to the Health Care Plan Services ("Free Look Period") and if the user requests for a cancellation of his/her Health Plan Services during the Free Look Period, Arogyamithra will refund the entire Health Care Plan Subscription amount which was paid by the user.
  • If the user requests for cancellation of his/her subscription to the Health Care Plan Services during the Free Look Period and if the user has already availed certain Health Care Plan Services which are mentioned in the user's Plan Details during the Free Look Period, no refund will be provided to the User.
  • If the user requests for cancellation of his/her subscription to the Health Care Plan Services after expiry of the Free Look Period, no refund will be provided to the User

  • In the event Arogyamithra establishes that Your refund claim meets the above conditions, Arogyamithra shall process the refund accordingly and the money will be refunded to You in seven (7) business working days from the day refund has been approved from Arogyamithra

REFUND POLICY for Products

At arogyamithra.com, we do our best to ensure that our customers are immensely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to offer a complete refund in the following circumstances.

  1. You received a defective/damaged item(s).
  2. Delivered item(s) doesn't match your order.
  3. The ordered item(s) is/are lost or damaged during transit.

Following circumstances do not qualify for Return or Refund

  1. Any wrong ordering of product doesn't qualify for Return or refund.
  2. Return or refund requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return.
  3. All products to be returned should always be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original tags, labels, bar-code and invoice.
  4. Used, Opened or Partially consumed products do not qualify for Return, only completely intact products can be returned.
  5. Return product should have the same batch number as mentioned on the invoice.
  6. Non delivery of product reported after 48 hours of delivery confirmation text message on registered mobile number.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you're requesting a refund at support@arogyamithra.com.

Please Note: Mode of refund may vary from case to case. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, allow 7 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. If the mode of refund is by Wallet, credit should be available within 7 to 10 working days.
